Aquaponic

Aquaponics is a type of mixed farming which makes unnecessary fertilizers and fertilizer for plants, working by transforming the system in a self-contained mini-ecosystem where waste is recycled from roots, that filter at the same time water that will then be pumped back into tanks and resume its cycle.
Products from our garden are obtained with this system, to get genuine products, healthy, not altered or sophisticated.
Thanks to this culture, a portion of vegetables and especially herbs and aromas produced by us, are used directly in our kitchen, to give a guarantee of freshness to our dishes.
